- 8+ years of B2B Sales experience working with large accounts.
- Previous experience in the SaaS industry.
- Successful track record of achieving 500k+ EUR quotas.
- Expertise in executing successful sales strategies.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Growth mindset and life-long learning attitude.
- Fluent English skills.
- Fluent German skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead 360Learning’s expansion into the DACH market.
- Win new enterprise customers (10,000+ employees).
- Build a high-quality pipeline.
- Close complex, multi-stakeholder deals with large organizations.
- Perform strategic territory development and hands-on execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Solution Engineers, Alliances, and Customer Success.
- Maintain CRM accuracy and quality.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives.
- Accurately forecast on a weekly and monthly cadence.
