  • 8+ years of B2B Sales experience working with large accounts.
  • Previous experience in the SaaS industry.
  • Successful track record of achieving 500k+ EUR quotas.
  • Expertise in executing successful sales strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Growth mindset and life-long learning attitude.
  • Fluent English skills.
  • Fluent German skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead 360Learning’s expansion into the DACH market.
  • Win new enterprise customers (10,000+ employees).
  • Build a high-quality pipeline.
  • Close complex, multi-stakeholder deals with large organizations.
  • Perform strategic territory development and hands-on execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Solution Engineers, Alliances, and Customer Success.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and quality.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives.
  • Accurately forecast on a weekly and monthly cadence.
