Responsibilities
- Oversee all major growth aspects of the business, including Sales, Lead Generation, Sales Recruiting, and Vendor Recruiting and Management.
- Execute the overall company growth and revenue strategy.
- Manage the scaling of business operations alongside the sister company, Fusion Growth Partners.
- Lead the development and implementation of new platforms to boost sales.
- Drive the hiring and management of real estate agents as W2 salespeople for home services.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to achieve company growth targets.
