Requirements

  • 10–15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Personal Care Services, home care, or Medicaid-funded HCBS environments.
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling sales teams in healthcare.
  • Direct experience in Missouri and/or Ohio Medicaid waiver programs and AAA referral processes.
  • Demonstrated success in driving organic growth in multi-site environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strategic planning abilities with the ability to execute locally.
  • Experience building or scaling an inside sales or regional growth team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead company-wide growth strategy and market-specific plans.
  • Build and manage referral pipelines across key channels like AAAs and Medicaid programs.
  • Navigate state-specific Medicaid and waiver nuances in Missouri and Ohio.
  • Personally engage in high-impact referral relationships to model sales efforts.
  • Build a professionalized sales function with structured outreach and CRM tracking.
  • Partner with operations on go-to-market planning for new branch launches.
  • Set and monitor KPIs for sales performance, revenue growth, and market penetration.
  • Present growth forecasts and pipeline updates to executive leadership.
