Requirements

  • 2+ years of direct hands-on experience delivering IT support in a corporate environment.
  • Hands-on Okta administration experience.
  • Excellent written communication skills for a 100% remote, async environment.
  • Strong service-oriented mindset with the ability to manage workloads with minimal supervision.
  • Experience supporting macOS is a strong plus.
  • Hands-on administration experience with Jamf, Google Workspace, Slack, or 1Password is a plus.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and self-directed work in a distributed environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify patterns and implement process improvements or documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests across Zapier's global employee base, with a focus on AU/NZL coverage hours.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware (Mac), software, and access issues.
  • Perform user account management as part of onboarding and offboarding workflows.
  • Handle common endpoint tasks using Jamf (device enrollment, basic troubleshooting, account unlocks).
  • Identify recurring issues to build runbooks, help articles, and self-service resources.
  • Contribute to ZapIT by flagging gaps and testing improvements.
  • Assist with SSO/SAML application integrations.
  • Build and maintain automation workflows in Okta Workflows and Zapier.
