Requirements
- 2+ years of direct hands-on experience delivering IT support in a corporate environment.
- Hands-on Okta administration experience.
- Excellent written communication skills for a 100% remote, async environment.
- Strong service-oriented mindset with the ability to manage workloads with minimal supervision.
- Experience supporting macOS is a strong plus.
- Hands-on administration experience with Jamf, Google Workspace, Slack, or 1Password is a plus.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and self-directed work in a distributed environment.
- Demonstrated ability to identify patterns and implement process improvements or documentation.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests across Zapier's global employee base, with a focus on AU/NZL coverage hours.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware (Mac), software, and access issues.
- Perform user account management as part of onboarding and offboarding workflows.
- Handle common endpoint tasks using Jamf (device enrollment, basic troubleshooting, account unlocks).
- Identify recurring issues to build runbooks, help articles, and self-service resources.
- Contribute to ZapIT by flagging gaps and testing improvements.
- Assist with SSO/SAML application integrations.
- Build and maintain automation workflows in Okta Workflows and Zapier.
