Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in similar HR roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate employee records within HRIS and ATS platforms.
  • Support the end-to-end employee life cycle including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and promotions.
  • Contribute to compliance with local employment laws and data protection policies.
  • Provide administrative support for background checks, I9 employment authorization, payroll, and interview scheduling.
  • Manage and respond to HR-related inquiries using a ticketing tool according to established SLAs.
  • Assist with benefits administration and accurate enrollment data.
  • Support performance management activities and prepare HR documentation/reports.
