- Maintain accurate employee records within HRIS and ATS platforms.
- Support the end-to-end employee life cycle including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and promotions.
- Contribute to compliance with local employment laws and data protection policies.
- Provide administrative support for background checks, I9 employment authorization, payroll, and interview scheduling.
- Manage and respond to HR-related inquiries using a ticketing tool according to established SLAs.
- Assist with benefits administration and accurate enrollment data.
- Support performance management activities and prepare HR documentation/reports.
