Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally at a SaaS, AI, or deep tech company.
- Proven experience marketing to manufacturing, industrial, or enterprise buyers.
- Strong systems thinker with hands-on experience owning and optimizing marketing tech stacks.
- Experience building brand infrastructure and executing content and campaigns.
- Strong storytelling instincts with the ability to translate complex technical concepts.
- Experience operating with autonomy at an early-stage startup.
- Proficiency with modern marketing tools and interest in AI-powered workflows.
- Understanding of manufacturing buyer personas and sales cycles.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the marketing tech stack including Webflow, Salesforce, and AI-powered creative tools.
- Build marketing infrastructure to connect activities to the sales pipeline and ensure clean data flow.
- Establish scalable processes for campaign execution and content production.
- Build and strengthen brand presence, positioning, and voice across all customer touchpoints.
- Develop a content pipeline including thought leadership, case studies, and sales collateral.
- Partner with the sales team to develop enablement materials and ensure alignment on messaging and ICP.
