  • Strategic and analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign ROI.
  • Strong operational skills managing program-level budgets.
  • Ability to travel approximately 40% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Build and own NA mid-market marketing targets, integrated field programs, and global expansion initiatives.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for emerging markets, distribution, and resellers.
  • Launch high-impact ABM campaigns to engage key accounts and build brand visibility.
  • Manage regional budgets, forecasts, and ROI analysis.
  • Set strategy, priorities, and success metrics for regional events.
  • Partner with sales leadership to identify strategic cities, verticals, and accounts for field activations.
  • Lead, mentor, and foster a high-performing team of regional marketing professionals.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Content, and Global Campaigns teams.
