- Experience in cybersecurity or SaaS.
- Proven leadership skills managing high-performing, cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in North American mid-market marketing best practices.
- Track record of driving pipeline and revenue through multi-channel demand generation.
- Strategic and analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign ROI.
- Strong operational skills managing program-level budgets.
- Ability to travel approximately 40% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Build and own NA mid-market marketing targets, integrated field programs, and global expansion initiatives.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for emerging markets, distribution, and resellers.
- Launch high-impact ABM campaigns to engage key accounts and build brand visibility.
- Manage regional budgets, forecasts, and ROI analysis.
- Set strategy, priorities, and success metrics for regional events.
- Partner with sales leadership to identify strategic cities, verticals, and accounts for field activations.
- Lead, mentor, and foster a high-performing team of regional marketing professionals.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Content, and Global Campaigns teams.
