Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, marketing operations, or governance roles within SaaS or enterprise environments.
- Proven experience building and implementing governance frameworks, operating models, and process structures at scale.
- Strong expertise in designing RACI models, workflows, SLAs, and cross-functional operating systems.
- Experience working in complex global organizations with distributed teams and multi-region marketing execution.
- Strong understanding of compliance, risk management, and marketing data governance best practices.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to drive alignment across stakeholders.
- Ability to translate strategy into structured, scalable, and enforceable operational processes.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain marketing governance frameworks, including policies, decision rights, and compliance standards related to data usage, consent, and channel execution.
- Design and evolve the end-to-end marketing operating model, defining workflows, SLAs, handoffs, and ownership across the full campaign and lifecycle process.
- Build and maintain clear RACI structures to ensure accountability, eliminate ambiguity, and strengthen cross-functional coordination.
- Oversee governance review processes, including risk assessments, legal and privacy alignment, and audit readiness across marketing activities.
- Partner with enablement and functional leaders to ensure consistent adoption of governance standards and operating procedures across teams and regions.
- Monitor operational execution to ensure compliance, consistency, and continuous improvement in marketing processes at scale.
