Requirements
- 6-8 years of B2B demand generation or revenue marketing experience in a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of tying campaign execution to measurable revenue outcomes.
- At least 2 years of people leadership experience.
- Demonstrated understanding of the MarTech landscape (e.g., chat, ABM, AI, attribution, CRM).
- Experience leveraging multiple digital channels including paid media.
- Extremely data-driven with a commitment to experimentation.
- Strong project management and entrepreneurial skills.
- Strong writing skills for marketing collateral.
- Meticulously organized with ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Lead, develop and scale a high-performing demand generation and field marketing team.
- Own marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline targets, velocity, and conversion.
- Define annual/quarterly demand generation strategy aligned to revenue targets.
- Partner with Sales leadership to establish goals, forecast, and optimize funnel conversion.
- Execute demand generation activations including webinars, paid media, events, and ABM strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to executive stakeholders.
- Own demand generation investment strategy, budget planning, and ROI analysis.
