Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in real estate sales, dispositions, or asset management.
- 5+ years of experience leading managers or team leaders.
- Deep understanding of residential real estate markets, pricing strategy, and contract management.
- Proven experience leading customer-centric sales organizations.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and performance metrics.
- Experience managing external partnerships and complex stakeholder dynamics.
- Active or inactive real estate license.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop two Market Sales Team Leaders.
- Set vision and priorities for the Market Sales function.
- Execute disposition strategy while balancing speed of sale and margin protection.
- Monitor market trends, sales velocity, and inventory pipeline health.
- Manage end-to-end customer experience and communication workflows.
- Liaise with internal partners (Sales, Repairs, Finance) to ensure operational alignment.
- Act as senior escalation point for complex Market Sales issues.
- Own performance reporting and develop KPI frameworks.
