  • 5+ years of experience leading managers or team leaders.
  • Deep understanding of residential real estate markets, pricing strategy, and contract management.
  • Proven experience leading customer-centric sales organizations.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and performance metrics.
  • Experience managing external partnerships and complex stakeholder dynamics.
  • Active or inactive real estate license.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop two Market Sales Team Leaders.
  • Set vision and priorities for the Market Sales function.
  • Execute disposition strategy while balancing speed of sale and margin protection.
  • Monitor market trends, sales velocity, and inventory pipeline health.
  • Manage end-to-end customer experience and communication workflows.
  • Liaise with internal partners (Sales, Repairs, Finance) to ensure operational alignment.
  • Act as senior escalation point for complex Market Sales issues.
  • Own performance reporting and develop KPI frameworks.
