Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or commercial leadership roles.
- 3+ years in a senior leadership position managing teams.
- Proven track record of leading and scaling customer-facing teams responsible for revenue retention and portfolio growth in B2B or SaaS environments.
- Strong executive presence with demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders.
- Experience managing large, multi-account portfolios with responsibility for renewals, expansion, and revenue forecasting.
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, commercial negotiations, and account planning methodologies.
- Industry experience in transportation, logistics, or connected technology platforms is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the mid-market account strategy, aligning portfolio growth, retention, and expansion goals with broader company revenue objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Managers, ensuring high performance, strong execution, and continuous professional growth.
- Oversee key enterprise client relationships, serving as an executive-level point of contact and escalation leader for complex issues and negotiations.
- Drive revenue performance across the portfolio by managing renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, and supporting high-value commercial discussions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment on customer needs and account strategies.
- Establish forecasting, reporting, and account health monitoring frameworks to ensure accuracy, transparency, and proactive risk management.
- Translate customer insights and market trends into strategic recommendations that influence product direction and business priorities.
