Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or in a similar cold-calling role.
  • Proven ability to handle high-rejection environments with resilience and professionalism.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills and a confident phone presence.
  • Ability to work strictly within the CST timezone (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional remote workspace.
  • Experience with the Insurance industry.
  • Native or bilingual English fluency.
  • Experience in lead sourcing and lead qualification (nice-to-have).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (nice-to-have).

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outreach, averaging 300-400 outbound calls per day.
  • Engage with warm leads to qualify their needs for Auto and Homeowner insurance.
  • Facilitate 10-15 live transfers per day to licensed sales agents.
  • Effectively manage lead data and follow-up tasks to ensure no opportunity is missed.
  • Maintain a consistent, high-performance output during strict CST business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
