- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office Suite
- Creative approach to training design and delivery
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs for sales representatives within the IT and MSP industry
- Conduct virtual sessions via Microsoft Teams and other online platforms
- Create engaging, clear, and educational training materials
- Adapt quickly to new processes, technologies, and strategies
- Collaborate with management to improve training outcomes and sales performance
- Monitor progress and provide feedback to trainees
