Job Details

7+ years of experience in solutions engineering, pre-sales, consulting, or systems integration within healthcare IT or similar enterprise environments.
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience delivering technical presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept engagements.
Strong ability to engage with both technical teams and C-level stakeholders.
Experience working with identity management, enterprise security, SaaS, or infrastructure technologies.
Familiarity with directory services, networking protocols, virtualization, and cloud environments such as Azure or Google Cloud.
Understanding of CJIS Security Policy, public safety environments, or law enforcement technology is highly preferred.
Ability to scope, estimate, and support professional services engagements.
Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-moving, customer-facing role with up to 50% travel.

Lead pre-sales discovery sessions with customers to identify technical requirements, workflows, and business needs.
Design, present, and demonstrate tailored technical solutions, including customized demos and PoC environments.
Translate complex technical capabilities into clear business outcomes for both executive and technical stakeholders.
Develop and support proposals, solution estimates, and statements of work for professional and managed services engagements.
Manage and execute PoC evaluations from planning through completion.
Collaborate with sales teams and channel partners to support territory goals and drive revenue growth.
Contribute to RFI/RFP responses, security questionnaires, and technical documentation.
Provide post-sale transition support to ensure smooth handoff to delivery and services teams.
