Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years of experience in sales with a proven track record of closing new business and driving revenue growth.
- Experience in B2G (business-to-government) or public sector sales is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, consultative sales cycles.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Highly results-oriented with a strong work ethic and persistence in achieving targets.
- Ability to travel approximately 40% of the time across the United States.
- Strong teamwork mindset with the ability to collaborate across functions.
- Proficiency with basic business tools, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email systems.
- Excellent follow-up, organizational, and pipeline management skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline focused on government clients and public sector organizations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with elected officials and key decision-makers.
- Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, solution presentation, negotiation, and closing.
- Conduct consultative, solution-oriented selling tailored to complex client needs.
- Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate and manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and in-person meetings to generate and advance opportunities.
- Drive customer success by ensuring satisfied, referenceable clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine proposals and improve sales effectiveness.
