Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in account management.
- Prior agency experience required.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-value, fast-moving projects.
- Proven ability to develop meaningful client relationships.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent listening, speaking, and business writing skills.
- Ability to present to small or large groups.
- Analytical skills to interpret marketing data and budgets.
- Bachelor’s degree (advertising, marketing, or science preferred).
Responsibilities
- Ensure quality account management deliverables like status reports and contact reports.
- Be accountable for the impeccable delivery of multiple client projects.
- Partner with PM to manage the production of a range of digital and offline tactics.
- Develop and maintain client-facing timelines.
- Liaise with partner agencies and organize relevant materials.
- Act as a day-to-day face of the account team for client communications.
- Own development of project briefs and input into creative/strategic briefs.
- Provide ongoing strategic audit of tactical projects.
- Manage budget trackers and conduct financial reconciliations.
