Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in DTC and CPG growth marketing.
  • Proven track record of scaling consumer brands.
  • Deep expertise in subscription-based business models.
  • Hands-on experience managing large-scale paid media budgets across multiple channels.
  • Strong command of CAC, LTV, and unit economics.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data into actionable strategies.
  • Experience building and leading high-performing marketing teams.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce best practices and digital conversion principles.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to operate in a test-and-learn, high-velocity growth culture.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full growth marketing strategy across acquisition, retention, and eCommerce performance.
  • Design and execute a comprehensive, full-funnel growth strategy that balances brand building with performance marketing.
  • Lead all paid and performance marketing channels including social, search, affiliate, podcast, TV, and direct mail.
  • Build and manage forecasting models, budgets, and KPIs to ensure scalable revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement attribution, measurement, and media mix modeling approaches.
  • Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing growth marketing team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, product, and customer experience teams.
