Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in DTC and CPG growth marketing.
- Proven track record of scaling consumer brands.
- Deep expertise in subscription-based business models.
- Hands-on experience managing large-scale paid media budgets across multiple channels.
- Strong command of CAC, LTV, and unit economics.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data into actionable strategies.
- Experience building and leading high-performing marketing teams.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce best practices and digital conversion principles.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence senior stakeholders.
- Ability to operate in a test-and-learn, high-velocity growth culture.
Responsibilities
- Own the full growth marketing strategy across acquisition, retention, and eCommerce performance.
- Design and execute a comprehensive, full-funnel growth strategy that balances brand building with performance marketing.
- Lead all paid and performance marketing channels including social, search, affiliate, podcast, TV, and direct mail.
- Build and manage forecasting models, budgets, and KPIs to ensure scalable revenue growth.
- Develop and implement attribution, measurement, and media mix modeling approaches.
- Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing growth marketing team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, product, and customer experience teams.
