Requirements
- Previous experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Employee Lifecycle Management, or a related field.
- Strong exposure to leave management and attendance processes.
- Solid understanding of employment law, employee relations, and compliance requirements across multiple countries.
- Experience managing complex employee absence cases, including long-term sick leave and payroll implications.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international, and remote environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Proficiency with digital collaboration tools such as Slack, Notion, Zendesk, and Google Workspace.
- Interest in process optimization and responsible AI usage.
Responsibilities
- Manage employee lifecycle cases related to time and attendance, including sick leave, family leave, working hours, public holidays, and time tracking.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and clients by providing guidance on employment legislation, leave regulations, contractual obligations, and labor law requirements.
- Support the implementation of legislative and policy updates and assist with complex HR projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with payroll, legal, finance, and external authorities to ensure compliant and efficient lifecycle management.
- Contribute to audits, compliance reviews, and operational initiatives across multiple countries.
- Maintain and enhance internal documentation to reflect current legal and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automate processes, and leverage AI-assisted tools for efficiency and quality.
