Requirements
- Experience managing employee lifecycle events with sensitivity and legal compliance.
- Background in providing HR support and guidance on employment laws.
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English at a business level.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and conflict management skills.
- Aptitude for process innovation and automation.
- Efficiency in operations with attention to documentation and data integrity.
- Ability to collaborate asynchronously in an international, remote team.
- Familiarity with Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and G-suite.
- AI fluency: active use of AI tools for tasks like drafting and research.
- Understanding of responsible AI use and data confidentiality practices.
- Preferred: Experience managing long-term sick leave or extended absence cases.
Responsibilities
- Serve as an expert on Time & Attendance matters and support complex projects.
- Act as case manager for all employee lifecycle leave and working hours matters.
- Advise clients and employees on employment legislation and labor law.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including payroll and legal counsel.
- Assist in managing critical initiatives and supporting HR/financial audits.
- Develop and update global internal documentation regarding Time & Attendance.
- Identify and implement process improvements and AI-driven automation.
- Maintain employee data and confidential information according to protocols.
