Requirements
- 5+ years of payroll experience across multiple countries, specifically Spain.
- Proficiency with third-party payroll platforms such as ADP, Workday, or Ceridian.
- Experience in ticketing systems like ServiceNow or Zendesk.
- Experience with local currency to billing currency conversion.
- Advanced skill level in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle high-volume, time-sensitive materials.
- Strong time management skills with a sense of urgency.
- Excellent command of English (written and verbal).
- Spanish language proficiency is preferred.
- Degree in Finance, Business, Human Resources, or related disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily activities of multi-country payrolls for the EMEA region including approvals and issue resolution.
- Streamline global payroll processes onto a singular platform.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to collect and review payroll data inputs.
- Compile and reconcile payroll data from multiple systems such as GPP, Workday, and ADP.
- Monitor vendor payroll processing and compliance activities.
- Generate accurate and timely client bills using cost reports.
- Serve as an escalation point for payroll and billing inquiries.
- Mentor and train Associate Payroll & Billing Specialists.
