Requirements
- Proven experience in managing employee lifecycle events with legal compliance.
- Ability to provide guidance on employment laws and regulations across jurisdictions.
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English at a business level.
- Strong communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
- Tech-savvy with experience in asynchronous collaboration tools.
- Proficiency in Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and G-suite.
- Active use of AI-assisted tools for drafting, research, and workflow automation.
- Knowledge of responsible AI use practices regarding data handling and confidentiality.
- Willingness to work flexible hours.
- Experience managing long-term sick leave or extended absence cases preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage employee lifecycle leave and working hours, including Family Leave, Sick Leave, and Time Tracking.
- Serve as an expert on Time & Attendance matters and assist with complex projects and Collective Bargaining Agreement updates.
- Advise clients and employees on employment legislation and labor law interpretations.
- Coordinate with payroll, legal counsel, and government bodies for compliance.
- Develop and update global internal documentation pertaining to Time & Attendance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and AI adoption.
- Maintain secure employee data and confidential information according to protocols.
