Requirements
- 9 years of experience in strategy, operations, or execution-focused roles.
- Full English Fluency.
- Extensive knowledge of insurance products and field sales processes.
- Insurance experience preferred; open to Finance & Banking.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Financial models, projections, forecasting, PPT, business cases).
- Strong consultative, interpersonal, diplomacy, communication, and presentation skills.
- Facilitation skills.
- Proven planning, priority setting, time management, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to achieve results in a dynamic environment.
- Hands-on approach to operation and execution.
Responsibilities
- Drive growth and profitable business outcomes working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Own and drive initiatives end-to-end, from opportunity identification and business case development through execution.
- Work with other products to identify gaps in cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
- Support initiatives across the business to enable execution of growth priorities.
- Ensure business needs and priorities are reflected in key initiatives and incentive alignment.
- Leverage analytics and insights to inform decision-making.
- Partner with research and analytics teams to leverage market intelligence.
- Turn data and analytics into timely, actionable insights.
