Requirements

  • 9 years of experience in strategy, operations, or execution-focused roles.
  • Full English Fluency.
  • Extensive knowledge of insurance products and field sales processes.
  • Insurance experience preferred; open to Finance & Banking.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Financial models, projections, forecasting, PPT, business cases).
  • Strong consultative, interpersonal, diplomacy, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Facilitation skills.
  • Proven planning, priority setting, time management, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to achieve results in a dynamic environment.
  • Hands-on approach to operation and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth and profitable business outcomes working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Own and drive initiatives end-to-end, from opportunity identification and business case development through execution.
  • Work with other products to identify gaps in cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
  • Support initiatives across the business to enable execution of growth priorities.
  • Ensure business needs and priorities are reflected in key initiatives and incentive alignment.
  • Leverage analytics and insights to inform decision-making.
  • Partner with research and analytics teams to leverage market intelligence.
  • Turn data and analytics into timely, actionable insights.
