Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an in-house or agency marketing or project management role.
- Proven track record in a target-driven environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills across teams and functions.
- Understanding of the technical foundations of digital advertising.
- Experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, and DTC or app-based marketing.
- Experience managing multiple clients, projects, or priorities simultaneously.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Confident presentation, meeting leadership, and facilitation skills.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience leveraging AI tools for productivity and operational workflows.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients.
- Partner with Growth and Creative Managers on strategy and business reviews.
- Identify and scope new growth opportunities within client portfolios.
- Coordinate projects from scope to delivery while managing competing priorities.
- Act as the central point of contact between clients and internal teams.
- Drive operational excellence and adoption of internal processes.
- Integrate AI tools to improve productivity and workflows.
- Support new business development, proposal writing, and partnership content.
