Requirements

  • Proficiency with CRM and Analytics tools (Salesforce and PowerBI preferred).
  • Account-Based Marketing experience (6Sense is a plus).
  • B2B software experience.
  • Familiarity with DevOps concepts, tools, and buyer personas.
  • Strong collaborator across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communicator with leadership reporting experience.
  • Highly organized planner.
  • Balanced marketing skill set (strategy, content, analytics, execution).
  • AI Fluency Level 2: Skilled Prompter.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement a customer expansion and cross-sell marketing strategy.
  • Craft case studies and award nomination success stories.
  • Design and launch event strategies for existing customers.
  • Scale and track Customer Advocacy programs.
  • Develop internal and external playbooks and toolkits.
  • Leverage data to build customer segments and identify cross-sell opportunities.
  • Partner with product marketing and sales to develop playbooks and collateral.
  • Track campaign performance and pipeline influence.
  • Align solution selling with customer onboarding, adoption, and renewal cycles.
