Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working in a portfolio company.
- Proficiency with CRM and Analytics tools (Salesforce and PowerBI preferred).
- Account-Based Marketing experience (6Sense is a plus).
- B2B software experience.
- Familiarity with DevOps concepts, tools, and buyer personas.
- Strong collaborator across cross-functional teams.
- Strong communicator with leadership reporting experience.
- Highly organized planner.
- Balanced marketing skill set (strategy, content, analytics, execution).
- AI Fluency Level 2: Skilled Prompter.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement a customer expansion and cross-sell marketing strategy.
- Craft case studies and award nomination success stories.
- Design and launch event strategies for existing customers.
- Scale and track Customer Advocacy programs.
- Develop internal and external playbooks and toolkits.
- Leverage data to build customer segments and identify cross-sell opportunities.
- Partner with product marketing and sales to develop playbooks and collateral.
- Track campaign performance and pipeline influence.
- Align solution selling with customer onboarding, adoption, and renewal cycles.
