- Proven track record of executing integrated programs combining field marketing scale with account-level personalization.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities to build relationships with sales leaders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with MarTech tools: Marketo, Outreach, Salesforce, Splashthat, Reachdesk.
- Experience with AI platforms: Claude, Jasper, Copy.ai or similar.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and execution of comprehensive event marketing plans for your assigned segment.
- Manage budget, goal-setting, and KPI tracking to achieve pipeline quantity, quality, velocity, win rates, and ROMI.
- Partner closely with sales leaders, account executives, and SDRs to identify priorities and develop strategic event marketing programs.
- Plan and execute online and offline activations such as trade shows, conferences, executive roundtables, dinners, and direct mail.
- Own all aspects of activation logistics including venue selection, communications, speaker management, and post-event follow-up.
- Collaborate with events, demand generation, marketing operations, and creative teams.
- Analyze campaign performance using AI-powered attribution and predictive insights to optimize resource allocation.
