Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in Product Design / UX Design.
- Strong experience with B2C digital products.
- Proven experience designing performance-driven user flows: onboarding, subscription funnels, paywalls, CRO flows, trial-to-paid conversion, or retention journeys.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and product experimentation.
- Data-driven mindset and ability to work with user behavior data, analytics, and product metrics.
- Advanced Figma skills: Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Variables, design systems, and developer-ready file organization.
- Experience working with or building scalable design systems.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain design decisions to product, engineering, and leadership teams.
- Fluent English.
Responsibilities
- Design and improve user experiences for B2C digital products.
- Work on onboarding flows, activation journeys, subscription paywalls, trial-to-paid conversion, retention mechanics, and monetization flows.
- Translate user research, product analytics, and behavioral data into practical design solutions.
- Create, test, and iterate on design hypotheses through A/B experiments.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, QA, UX Researchers, and other product stakeholders.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems, components, and visual guidelines.
- Improve key product metrics such as conversion, retention, engagement, and LTV.
- Work across several products.
