Requirements
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI craft, interaction design, and visual clarity in complex domains.
- Deep experience in building, maintaining, and governing design systems.
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, or foundational/platform design.
- Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
- Ability to work horizontally across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Understanding of implementation constraints, responsive design, and accessibility.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to build alignment.
- Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and minimal oversight.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design of foundational seller experiences (sign-up, onboarding, connective surfaces).
- Lead and evolve the company design system, driving adoption across product teams.
- Act as a horizontal partner to product teams to maintain platform-wide consistency.
- Contribute to AI and integration experiences with a focus on user value.
- Lead design thinking including information architecture, accessibility, and component design.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to shape solutions and influence roadmaps.
- Uphold quality and craft standards across the organization.
- Mentor and support other designers through collaboration and critique.
