- Experience in data visualization and dashboard design.
- Ability to use user research and data analytics to inform design decisions.
- Strong verbal and visual communication skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design process from user research to final execution.
- Rethink dashboard interaction for diverse user needs.
- Manage design-to-dev handoffs including annotated specs and Figma components.
- Advocate for design process efficiency within the squad.
- Design for an AI-first, visual product direction.
- Work in a Lean UX environment to prototype, test, and refine ideas.
- Stay informed on data visualization and product analytics trends.
