Requirements
- Strong experience designing high-quality consumer digital products
- Excellent product thinking and interaction design
- Strong technical fluency and comfort working with AI tools
- Strong prototyping skills
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- High design taste and strong visual judgment
- Confidence operating independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- High ownership and strong decision-making ability
- Experience working on AI-native, conversational, social, or highly interactive products (bonus)
- Experience designing monetisation / subscription products (bonus)
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design across multiple product areas from concept through delivery
- Translate complex product and technical challenges into intuitive, high-quality user experiences
- Balance speed, experimentation, and craft across fast-moving initiatives
- Design for engagement, retention, monetisation, and conversion at scale
- Create and iterate on visual content (image + video) to support product exploration, in-product experiences, and marketing/growth surfaces
- Contribute original product ideas and creative concepts
- Identify opportunities beyond the immediate brief
- Help shape new features and interaction patterns through proactive exploration
- Collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, and Leadership
