- Confidence operating independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- High ownership and strong decision-making ability
- Comfortable working with NSFW product experiences
- Must have a portfolio showing consumer product case studies
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design across multiple product areas from concept through delivery
- Translate complex product and technical challenges into intuitive, high-quality user experiences
- Balance speed, experimentation, and craft across fast-moving initiatives
- Design for engagement, retention, monetisation, and conversion at scale
- Create and iterate on visual content to support product exploration and marketing
- Contribute original product ideas and creative concepts
- Operate comfortably close to engineering constraints and implementation realities
- Use emerging tools and AI image/video generation to accelerate design
- Communicate design reasoning clearly and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Leadership
