Requirements
- Extensive experience working with product teams as a Senior Product Designer on B2C products.
- Ability to use both product metrics and UX metrics to shape decisions.
- Provision of high-quality design and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative user research methods (interviews, usability testing, surveys, A/B tests).
- Experience with Figma, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Self-starter with the ability to take ownership of initiatives with limited oversight.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business data to identify areas for improvement.
- Collect and refine requirements from stakeholders and create detailed technical documentation.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior managers and executives.
- Provide guidance and training to help implement recommended changes.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of design solutions through user feedback and analytics.
- Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
- Create and maintain a consistent visual language and style guide.
