Requirements

  • 2+ years of outbound sales experience with a strong cold-calling background.
  • Confident, error-free written English.
  • Fluent spoken English.
  • Comfortable working across US and European time zones.
  • Strong understanding of CRM and outreach automation platforms.
  • Ability to run multiple client projects in parallel.
  • Proven experience in objection handling.
  • Self-starting mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Run outbound calling campaigns through a power dialer across multiple client projects simultaneously.
  • Handle live objections and steer conversations toward booked appointments.
  • Monitor and manage all replies from automated email and LinkedIn campaigns.
  • Respond to prospect inquiries within 4–8 working hours.
  • Schedule appointments and share meeting details via Slack.
  • Monitor key performance metrics including connect, reply, and conversion rates.
  • Provide feedback to Research, Content, and Email Deliverability Specialist teams.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene in HubSpot and provide weekly recaps.
