Requirements
- 2+ years of outbound sales experience with a strong cold-calling background.
- Confident, error-free written English.
- Fluent spoken English.
- Comfortable working across US and European time zones.
- Strong understanding of CRM and outreach automation platforms.
- Ability to run multiple client projects in parallel.
- Proven experience in objection handling.
- Self-starting mindset.
Responsibilities
- Run outbound calling campaigns through a power dialer across multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Handle live objections and steer conversations toward booked appointments.
- Monitor and manage all replies from automated email and LinkedIn campaigns.
- Respond to prospect inquiries within 4–8 working hours.
- Schedule appointments and share meeting details via Slack.
- Monitor key performance metrics including connect, reply, and conversion rates.
- Provide feedback to Research, Content, and Email Deliverability Specialist teams.
- Maintain CRM hygiene in HubSpot and provide weekly recaps.
