- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for implementing processes.

- Outstanding editing skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in policy development or advocacy.
- Experience managing grants or contracts.
- Ability to manage and facilitate large meetings.
- Ability to work effectively in a complex policy and political space.
Responsibilities
- Maintain project management systems, records, and budgets.
- Support strategic planning and program development.
- Conduct policy research and analysis.
- Identify potential grantees and contractors.
- Staff policy coalitions and build relationships with agency representatives.
- Draft and manage communications materials and content.
- Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person convenings.
- Lead grantmaking and contract activities including due diligence and reporting.
