  • Lead major technology and systems initiatives and align long-term goals and projects with organizational strategy.
  • Develop roadmaps, timelines, and change-management plans for technology and operational projects.
  • Partner with directors and fiscally sponsored project staff to select and use technology platforms.
  • Oversee Salesforce CRM/database design, maintenance, and management with the Grants Management and Development directors.
