Senior Customer Value Manager

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of US accounts: onboarding, adoption, value delivery, retention, and expansion.
Define success metrics with clients and deliver quantified proof of value, such as time saved and tickets deflected.
Partner with Sales on new deals and expansions including solution design, proof of concepts, technical evaluations, and security reviews.
Execute hands-on configuration, deployment, and adoption measurement for US accounts.
Develop renewal strategies, manage risk/opportunity reviews, and provide accurate commercial forecasts.
