Requirements
- Four-year college degree.
- 10+ years experience in large-scale portfolio and enterprise project management.
- 10+ years business experience leading company integrations or joint ventures.
- Proven experience leading direct reports and multi-layered teams.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working directly with executive leadership and Board members.
- Demonstrated track record of enterprise strategic thinking and integration excellence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage portfolio direction aligned with organizational objectives.
- Engage with key stakeholders and leadership to advance the portfolio.
- Monitor performance metrics and partner with Finance on capital allocation.
- Lead and mentor project management teams.
- Oversee the entire transaction lifecycle from due diligence to integration.
- Develop and implement standard toolkits for project and transaction management.
