Program Manager

Lead overall project management for the NOAA contracted program across the IDIQ and task order levels.
Serve as the primary program management liaison with NOAA stakeholders.
Manage the PMO operating cadence, including kickoff, progress, leadership, and task order reviews.
Establish and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule.
Lead development and maintenance of core program artifacts like Project Management Plan and risk register.
Oversee task order implementation, resource planning, and schedule tracking.
Coordinate across technical leadership and corporate functions.
Partner with Ops to support contract execution requirements.
Maintain visibility into program risks, issues, and dependencies.

This includes radar-equipped satellites seeing through clouds and microwave sounder satellites measuring atmospheric conditions. You'll build on 20 years of historical weather data to train machine learning models. We use tools like Jira, Confluence, GitHub Projects, and Smartsheet to manage these intricate projects. You will develop critical systems that transform raw data into actionable intelligence.
