Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on program or project management experience delivering complex technical programs for or with U.S. government customers.
- Demonstrated experience in direct delivery roles, rather than purely advisory or consulting positions.
- Direct experience working with federal-level U.S. government agencies (e.g., defense, civil aviation, emergency management, homeland security).
- Strong understanding of government procurement and contracting environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent programs across different agencies and compliance environments.
- Demonstrated cross-functional influence skills, with the ability to lead teams through influence without formal authority.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness to travel within the United States as required by programs, with occasional international travel.
- Eligibility for security clearance.
- Ability to build structures and processes for execution in environments with limited institutional support.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the full lifecycle of U.S. government programs, including contract kickoff, solution delivery, POC execution, and operational deployment.
- Translate signed contracts and statements of work into executable program plans with defined milestones and deliverables.
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, and contractual commitments across multiple concurrent programs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for U.S. government customers and build relationships with program leaders and technical counterparts.
- Drive alignment across internal departments including Legal, Finance, Product, Science, and Engineering.
- Support Business Development during deal reviews, POC scoping, and proposal generation for government opportunities.
- Report program health and risks to leadership and maintain internal governance frameworks.
