Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and distribute project status reports and detailed schedules.
  • Develop project plans and briefing materials defining deliverables, milestones, and timelines.
  • Lead project briefings to ensure creative teams understand objectives and priorities.
  • Support resource-planning meetings by identifying capacity conflicts and project risks.
  • Facilitate communication across creative and cross-functional teams to keep deadlines on track.
  • Route creative assets, copy, and presentations for review and approval.
  • Coordinate post-presentation debriefs to capture feedback and establish next steps.
  • Maintain project data in JIRA, forecasting tools, and digital asset management platforms.
  • Adopt AI and productivity tools to improve workflow efficiency.
  • Contribute to process evolution and operational improvements within the creative organization.
