Requirements
- 5+ years of program or project management experience within a Go-to-Market (GTM), Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, or related environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional programs from planning through execution, measurement, and reporting.
- Proven ability to collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Operations teams within a matrixed organization.
- Experience influencing stakeholders and driving alignment without direct authority.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create executive-level presentations, status reports, scorecards, and business reviews.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills with experience tracking KPIs, program metrics, and business outcomes.
- Experience managing multiple priorities, risks, dependencies, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, launch, and execution of strategic go-to-market programs that support business growth and sales performance objectives.
- Develop program charters, success metrics, milestone plans, and stakeholder communication strategies to ensure program alignment and accountability.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations teams to drive execution and remove operational barriers.
- Support sales acceleration initiatives by developing operational frameworks that improve seller productivity, pipeline progression, and conversion outcomes.
- Track program health, milestones, dependencies, risks, and key performance indicators while providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver executive-ready presentations, dashboards, scorecards, and quarterly business review materials for leadership audiences.
- Manage follow-through on strategic initiatives by documenting decisions, tracking action items, and ensuring accountability across teams.
