- 2+ years experience in CRM / marketing operations
- 2+ years experience in sales or lead conversion pipelines
- Hands-on experience running Meta Ads

Responsibilities
- Run and optimize Facebook / Instagram (Meta) ad campaigns.
- Manage lead follow-ups (email, SMS, calls).
- Build and improve GoHighLevel automations.
- Maintain pipeline accuracy (tags, notes, stages).
- Support onboarding and scheduling workflows.
- Maintain organized tracking sheets and documentation.
- Identify bottlenecks in the funnel and improve messaging.
- Deliver weekly updates and monthly performance reports.
