Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, SEO, and digital marketing.
- End-to-end ownership of marketing function for at least one brand or product line.
- Hands-on experience with technical SEO (tags, metadata, site structure).
- Proven track record of 3x+ ROI/ROAS on paid advertising.
- Proficiency with Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Expertise in Google Analytics and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- Experience managing organic content across multiple platforms.
- C1+ English proficiency (CEFR) for client-facing communication.
Responsibilities
- Own the full marketing ecosystem across multiple brands.
- Execute technical SEO including tags, metadata, and site structure.
- Develop and implement comprehensive content strategy.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Monitor performance and optimize for 3x+ ROI/ROAS.
- Create and manage organic content across multiple platforms.
- Maintain 100% CRM hygiene.
- Provide on-time reporting.
