Requirements
- Proven experience managing and growing Shopify e-commerce stores.
- Strong experience with Google Ads (Search, Shopping, and Performance Max).
- Solid understanding of SEO, keyword optimization, and brand search strategy.
- Experience with conversion rate optimization, site merchandising, and e-commerce analytics.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Shopify analytics, and paid media reporting.
- Experience presenting recommendations directly to leadership.
- Ability to take ownership of the e-commerce channel and provide strategic guidance.
- Experience in DTC, home goods, bedding, furniture, lifestyle, or luxury brands is highly preferred.
- Experience with Webflow, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, email marketing, or creative direction is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the Shopify e-commerce platform.
- Guide the overall e-commerce growth strategy, including site experience, product organization, merchandising, and conversion improvements.
- Review and improve product pages, collections, navigation, checkout flow, and customer journey.
- Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Shopping, and Performance Max.
- Support SEO strategy to improve organic visibility.
- Analyze website traffic, campaign performance, conversion rates, and sales data.
- Recommend and implement improvements to increase qualified traffic, online sales, and brand visibility.
- Coordinate with designers, developers, copywriters, or external vendors when needed.
- Provide clear guidance and reporting to leadership.
