Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in partner/channel sales, alliances, or business development.
- Proven success in meeting sales targets through indirect channels.
- Strong communication skills with executive presence.
- Experience scaling programs from the ground up.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and experiment.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Proactive, self-directed, and ownership-oriented.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for an initial portfolio of ~5 outsourced finance partner companies.
- Build strong communication channels with partners to ensure alignment on objectives.
- Grow the channel through targeted business development via referrals and cold outreach.
- Own customer targets tied to partner-sourced opportunities including forecasting and pipeline tracking.
- Define the playbook to scale the partner motion.
- Develop and manage joint go-to-market strategies to drive mutual value.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enable partners with necessary tools and training.
- Monitor partner performance and report key metrics.
- Advocate for partners internally to ensure feedback loops for improvement.
