Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or relevant experience).
- 2–4 years’ experience in sales, channel/partner management, or business development.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter, adaptable, and comfortable working in a startup environment.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Passion for technology and supporting small businesses is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new reseller and referral partners (e.g., accounting firms, business consultants).
- Support the development and rollout of partner programs and incentive schemes.
- Maintain partner relationships and provide regular updates and support.
- Generate leads and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Promote bundled, sector-specific solutions to SMME clients.
- Track sales pipeline and report on sales activities.
- Contribute to building alliances with technology vendors and industry groups.
- Support co-marketing campaigns and joint customer acquisition initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to execute go-to-market campaigns.
- Gather market intelligence and feedback to refine offerings.
