Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or relevant experience).
  • 2–4 years’ experience in sales, channel/partner management, or business development.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter, adaptable, and comfortable working in a startup environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Passion for technology and supporting small businesses is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new reseller and referral partners (e.g., accounting firms, business consultants).
  • Support the development and rollout of partner programs and incentive schemes.
  • Maintain partner relationships and provide regular updates and support.
  • Generate leads and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Promote bundled, sector-specific solutions to SMME clients.
  • Track sales pipeline and report on sales activities.
  • Contribute to building alliances with technology vendors and industry groups.
  • Support co-marketing campaigns and joint customer acquisition initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to execute go-to-market campaigns.
  • Gather market intelligence and feedback to refine offerings.
