  • Strong commercial mindset with an understanding of how integrations create go-to-market impact.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills for external and internal stakeholder management.
  • Experience navigating ambiguity in fast-moving market environments.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and integration discussions to engage with engineering teams.
  • Effective communication and full proficiency in English.
  • Sound judgment, humility, and a strong desire to learn in a high-growth environment.
  • Proven ability to move quickly while maintaining organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize technology partners whose platforms and integrations strengthen the DeepJudge ecosystem.
  • Lead partnership negotiations from initial outreach to signature, balancing strategic fit and commercial value.
  • Coordinate cross-functional launches with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Legal teams.
  • Cultivate existing partner relationships through joint planning and ongoing engagement.
  • Surface partner insights and market feedback to internal teams to guide product strategy and integration priorities.
  • Measure and report on partner success metrics, including marketing contribution and sales pipeline influence.
