Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a related commercial role in B2B SaaS.
- Strong commercial mindset with an understanding of how integrations create go-to-market impact.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills for external and internal stakeholder management.
- Experience navigating ambiguity in fast-moving market environments.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and integration discussions to engage with engineering teams.
- Effective communication and full proficiency in English.
- Sound judgment, humility, and a strong desire to learn in a high-growth environment.
- Proven ability to move quickly while maintaining organization and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize technology partners whose platforms and integrations strengthen the DeepJudge ecosystem.
- Lead partnership negotiations from initial outreach to signature, balancing strategic fit and commercial value.
- Coordinate cross-functional launches with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Legal teams.
- Cultivate existing partner relationships through joint planning and ongoing engagement.
- Surface partner insights and market feedback to internal teams to guide product strategy and integration priorities.
- Measure and report on partner success metrics, including marketing contribution and sales pipeline influence.
