Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience leading high-performing software sales teams.
  • Proven track record of hunting and winning new logos in the enterprise space.
  • Experience developing and executing formal enterprise sales playbooks like MEDDPICC or Command of the Message.
  • Proven history of hitting and exceeding multi-million dollar regional quotas.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, applications, or data management platforms.
  • 8+ years of people management experience.
  • Strong analytical skills for forecasting, resource allocation, and territory planning.
  • Experience collaborating with Product, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Customer Success teams.

Responsibilities

  • Drive New Logo Acquisition by executing strategies to exceed net-new customer targets.
  • Design and institutionalize scalable sales playbooks.
  • Establish rigorous pipeline management and forecasting cadences.
  • Ensure penetration of Top 10 target accounts through strategic account mapping.
  • Build, mentor, and maintain a high-performing sales team.
  • Expand brand awareness and build high-velocity pipelines.
  • Drive complex, multi-stakeholder deal structures and commercial negotiations.
  • Build trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives at prospect accounts.
  • Leverage AI to build efficiency at scale.
