Requirements
- 8+ years of experience leading high-performing software sales teams.
- Proven track record of hunting and winning new logos in the enterprise space.
- Experience developing and executing formal enterprise sales playbooks like MEDDPICC or Command of the Message.
- Proven history of hitting and exceeding multi-million dollar regional quotas.
- Comprehensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, applications, or data management platforms.
- 8+ years of people management experience.
- Strong analytical skills for forecasting, resource allocation, and territory planning.
- Experience collaborating with Product, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Customer Success teams.
Responsibilities
- Drive New Logo Acquisition by executing strategies to exceed net-new customer targets.
- Design and institutionalize scalable sales playbooks.
- Establish rigorous pipeline management and forecasting cadences.
- Ensure penetration of Top 10 target accounts through strategic account mapping.
- Build, mentor, and maintain a high-performing sales team.
- Expand brand awareness and build high-velocity pipelines.
- Drive complex, multi-stakeholder deal structures and commercial negotiations.
- Build trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives at prospect accounts.
- Leverage AI to build efficiency at scale.
