Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in a clinical healthcare environment.
- At least 3 years IT management experience.
- Salesforce administration experience.
- Microsoft 365 / Entra ID administration experience.
- Healthcare IT experience with applied HIPAA Security Rule knowledge.
- Clinical EMR administration experience (Kipu preferred).
- Experience administering call center technology.
- Knowledge of NIST CSF and cybersecurity technical safeguards.
- Strong troubleshooting, vendor management, and executive communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Responsibilities
- Manage company-wide IT operations across all program locations.
- Oversee cybersecurity program aligned with NIST CSF and HIPAA compliance.
- Manage IT vendor relationships, SLAs, and technology budgets.
- Serve as internal Salesforce administrator and primary platform owner.
- Manage Kipu EMR configuration, clinical workflows, and system integrations.
- Administer call center technology and support admissions workflows.
- Lead IT infrastructure planning, data engineering, and helpdesk operations.
- Develop and present IT reporting and technology KPIs to executive leadership.
