This model uses Process-Based Therapy (PBT) to create individualized treatment plans. You help deliver superior care across residential, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and virtual settings. We currently serve commercially insured clients across Southern California locations. Our estimated annual revenue reaches $61.8 million, demonstrating our significant impact in the behavioral health space.

We rely heavily on Salesforce for admissions and census management, and Kipu as our core Electronic Medical Record (EMR). Your work ensures seamless integration and data flow between these vital platforms. You will tackle challenges in cybersecurity, maintaining HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 compliance in a clinical environment. We also utilize Microsoft 365, Power BI for reporting, and call center technology. Your technical expertise directly empowers our clinicians and improves patient outcomes.
